As former healer I can testify, warrior with berserker build is pain in the arse to work with.
It’s good if they know how to manage hate level, but often they just blame it to tank for not keeping up with them, wtf. The tank already got his hand full and save his cooldown to mitigate unexpected scenario, and he ask him to keep up with his erratic damage spike.
dammit the trauma is coming back, sorry about that.
Generally rogue type is better but dual weilding warrior also works, they can manage their hate slowly and have less spike damage except for the last 20% of boss hp, but at that time it’s the time to go all out anyway so it’s fine.
Ideal damage dealer ? Hunter, they really dish out damage with ability to shift it to another, or mage, because fat chance they always save their hate eraser skill for the right timing, which warrior lacks severely.
And that’s how I preserve 7 years virginity with WoW ...

Took a whole chapter of overdrawn whining and complaining to resolve this...
Waifu acquired...aaaand lost.
I like how that solid company wrote a "save" article about the heroic battle of the two team-leaders and how the (unnamed) white mage helped one time.

never played wow, but played L2 as both bishop and shillen knight (aka choco erofu tank). it's true that orc on 1% hp under limits can spike too much and boss will target his ass from get go. luckily bishop had balance life so i could get hp back to 70%+ to lesser spike. but with erofu healers it was impossible to fix and as tank you couldn't do anything so it was easier to just let ork die then get agro back to myself
