I'm guessing that since Tsutomu already went down the path of hyper-optimization and efficiency, he knows what it's like, but instead will prefer a more casual and friendly type of clan. He might even be planning on creating a clan focused on teaching new folks how to adventure, since he seems to enjoy that.

What's up with this manga's style of covering drawings with speechbubbles? They're rather large and in earlier chapters even cover characters' faces sometimes.

Am I the only one still concerned about the clan who does outside real world dungeons instead of the LIVE Dungeon? They mentioned they wanted to look into Tsutomu's background and if they do that they are gonna find that he lacks one due to the fact he was Isekai'd and literally appeared from out of nowhere. It feels like a clan such as them would have connections all around the world to do a thorough search.

There are no permanent enemies or permanent allies. There is also no person who will stay the same, people are constantly affected by their environment. Holding grudges over someone and even mistreating them when they’re changing for the better is a very toxic behavior and illogical. A person can’t erase the past but he can learn to move on. I really don’t understand why that’s difficult for most people. People should be understanding and open minded. People get hurt from those actions and words. That could even lead to suicide and you don’t want to be responsible for someone’s death. The more hate you spread the more it gets back to you.

In the real world, people don't change.
There might be some exceptions, but generally speaking people don't change.
You have a single life with limited time and opportunity. The time you would spend to "not hurt" the one who hurt you or those in your environment, could be better spent with someone who didn't.
MC isn't hating on the girl, its mostly indifference towards a clingy bipolar person. He never goes out of his way to hurt her.

I know this is an extreme example, but should a rape survivor tolerate the rapist and be pleasant towards them lest they be hurt to the point of suicide? This whole turn the other cheek bullshit doesn't work in reality. Yeah sure don't go out of your way to spread hatred, but come on man...

@WarringChamp Why should Tsutomu or even the readers change their negative impression of Eunice if she isn't doing anything to change it, she is just lessening her abuse to tolerable levels. 'People get hurt from those actions and words' this is hypocrisy, why didn't you acknowledge the fact that the one holding the grudge could be hurt or contemplate suicide just as you said. Correct me if I'm wrong but Eunice haven't even sincerely reflected on her past behaviour and properly apologize. What you said is idealistic and pacifistic but essentially putting the blame on the victim, thinking that the victim should just tolerate poor treatment from others.

If anyone who held back by such an organization, then his true potential will be held back due to the regulations of that clan.
Also, not all members of the clan adore's MC, so it will become politics.

What he can do was create his clan, and join all those he had a close friendship, maybe including Eunice (though she was annoying and talkative, but you can spank her)

Wow Eunice has good character development, that is good and rare to see but i still like stephanie more bc how she actually teach the party a lesson by letting them die and letting them know the consequences and there are signs that she has feelings for tsutomu, hmm noice
