Ok so I may or may not have tracked down where the guy at the end is from. The original artist for the picture is @alttonov who I found on twitter, and digging around it seems the characters are from a light novel called "Trash of the Count's Family".

I'm not 100 percent since I can't read Korean but that's what I found.
