Load the same page as previous page

I read some mangas and some pages load the same page as previous page for the next page and I need to refresh to fix this issue anyone had the same problem?

I've had this same issue too. Loading the next page gives me the same page as the page before that, but loading the next page after that properly loads the next page after that. Example: If I'm at page 20, pressing next shows me the same page 20, but pressing next again shows me page 22.

Refreshing the page works, but it will happen again in couple of pages or chapters. I don't know why this happens, and it appears to be happening randomly.
