Dunno about the LN, but in the WN the novel goes from R-15 to R-18 after almost 300 chapters. This should give you an idea of how long MC is gonna be stuck with those annoying girls and the kind of shit the manga will focus on.

@introvertchild that's because Isekai stories are half assed. In a real fantasy you'd actually need permission to separate from your team and do your own thing.
Because if not, they could end up leaving you behind, or you could end up getting hurt and they wouldn't know where you are. It's not really a matter of slavery or being a servant as much as it's a matter of class pres wanting to be responsible and care for people.

Yeah, this is just crap. Mister loner MC who supposedly has no "cheat" (dumb as hell word to use) is a social butterfly loved by everyone for his immense skills and battle abilities, and he's always with someone showing their gratitude to him. This is 25 chapters in, and in maybe two or three of those chapters did he ever go for any time without someone being grateful to him and clinging to him.
