Lonely Attack on a Different World - Vol. 3 Ch. 27 - Sorry For Being Idiots

Seems like a bad move, to try to start a training arc when you know that the bad guys are probably already following a blood trail to your location.

I seriously don't understand the power tiers in this manga, one minute the mc is the most OP dude around, and the next he's essentially cannon fodder.

@sedition he's only cannon fodder when it comes to the pres because he's whipped by her and is apparently ok with that type of relationship, other than that he's actually pretty strong

@dokidoki why is he treating his fight against the delinquents as such a big deal then? He even mentions that he needs to train for some reason.

thanks for the chapter!

There's no way these guys were actually going to die so I'm not surprised. But this tacky revenge fight stuff doesn't have the impact it could have. If only MC wasn't pussy whipped.

Is he finally going on a lonely attack on a different world, jesus christ it's been forever.

@sedition because one of them has a skill that makes the other into a puppet or some OP shit skill like that, its the whole reason the fight broke out between everyone in the first place, they where scared of pres power and someones else power

Ooo plot. That said, I don’t know how much time I want the mc to spend on the delinquents. I get that they got cheat skills too and have problematic skills, but I kinda don’t care about them... like at all. The author didn’t really put much effort in building up or developing any of the delinquents. Actually any of the class besides the mc and class prez. In fact I felt nothing this whole chapter (for the clique that got beat up). I get that something is happening and it probably matters to the mc, but I feel literally nothing from this. It kinda just feels like filler (or something; idk). I’d really just rather get back the mc being by himself and exploring the world (you know the “lonely” and “different world”). Meeting new people, creating relationships, and ultimately leaving because of his skills and personality. I just feel like this is the start of a pretty long arc I don’t care about (the mc getting stronger to beat the delinquents and then beating them after they probably capture class prez and use their skills on her or something). The author really could have done a better job on the other characters. Literally everyone but the mc and class prez feel like 1d plot devices (which isn’t good for the main antagonist of an arc). We’re 27 chapters in and I’d feel nothing if everyone died right now (except the mc, and maybe a small half tear for class prez).

Haha, I knew they were gonna live. Manga just doesn't kill off people like that unless their heads are severed or eyes rolled back or something

@firosahoge Sometimes a severed head isn't quite enough either. Lot of undead and various immortals roaming around out there.

@firosahoge @Glomoro Yea, until immortality kicks in usually severed head is about the only sure way to die. Then again, a lot of people died to pinctured all the way through torso. I think even Goku died once to that. Then there is slow death from arrow volley (Boromir classic).
When immortality or resurrection kicks in - that's when it gets messy. Even shattered to pieces people walk it off.
P.S. Burning and explosions are funny because they obscure vision and that means it is incredibly hard to kill with them.
