Like others here, I wonder what the "truth and lie" skill is.
Probably another double meaning expression like "good for nothing". In this case, I expect something that lets the megane guy live but changed to something harmless (either in regards to his personality or skills)

@feha He wouldn't need two if "meddling" was one of the skills picked by somebody else. He could just copy it. He may have even convinced someone he was "close to" to pick it so he could copy it repeatedly.

@BalrogDeMorgoth Okay, it is pretty arguable what exactly happened but I'm quite sure that wasn't it as in the panel where Tanaka is foaming at the mouth his head was still fixed to the rest of his body.
Then again it is strange that in the following panel his head would be covered by a speech bubble.

The author really couldn't have made it more unclear.

@Glomoro that is assuming both that copycat can copy same skill again when it runs out of uses, and that he even knows what the skills do beyond their name.
And as others said, if he could just copy meddling willy nilly (and didn't need to beat up the delinquents for it) then he could also have simply copied plunder and been done with it. Hell, he could have copied all skills and slaughtered everyone immediately.

He better be dead, a character like that with those abilities and motivations simply cannot be spared, you’d just be massively incompetent to do so.

@feha The problem was that you need to kill the skill owner to use plunder so copying it without killing her would just leave him with his fake skills.

And he didn't start out strong enough to kill everyone, he grew that strong by copying everyone over time and stacking all the OP stuff.
