@dahhv2 Eeh.. If you truly believe that, you gotta go train your reading and story comprehension skills somewhat.

1. The kneeling pose is a classic samurai drama "I've been cut up and am about to fall forwards, dead"

2. His wording as he staggered away was "If I made even one wrong move, the one who'd be lying there would probably be me." (Lying means that at the very least he fell fowards. And that he was in a worse state than nearly-dead MC.)

3. If he hadn't killed him, the storyteller wouldn't let you miss it, since that'd have been a "character trait of kindness" that has to be rubbed in. (Seems to be necessary to keep it all ages.) Plus the bad guy would have gone through another four pages of ranting.

On another note, I dunno why people are so upset about MC not killing people.
It's all a saga or made up story anyway.
The bad guys will return if the author wants them back, doesn't matter if they lived or died. (Especially not in a story world where they can be recreated by science, or by magic, or just by being full of piss and vinegar.)

No Haruka very much killed him. He came with the intention to do so. He came alone because unlike some of his softer classmates, he had that resolve. Granted it isn't so clear in the manga.

He’s too retarded, he had a tough fight with the idiots which messed up his plans and wasted his Skill. So he killed his comrades to get their Skills, and preserved them when he fought me… And he got killed by me.

He wouldn’t have lost if he killed the idiots and took their Skills, or not conserve his Skills when he faced me. Because a side character like him wants to replace the Brave or Heroes, he couldn’t even become a side character, and got killed by another side character instead. In our fight to the death, his tactic was to go for a battle of attrition.

The guy was foaming at his mouth (classic japanese knockout) and then took a last hit on his knees (again, another classic japanese "im defeated, which can be used for both dead and alive - defeated) before it ended. the comic already showed corpses so we know those should be normal here, instead the artist omitted it for different a reason (part 2, probably).

In all likelihood the author is probably going for the "I Just barely survived bc you didnt cut my head off". Let's face it, you always double tap when you have the chance, we all learned that in Zombieland.

Also theres something seriously wrong with his level. Others were barely doing the same and were like lv15~16 way before him, and even after defeating lots of strong enemies hes only lv11.

@cloud2438 Because technically the most cheat skill he has in setting is probably jack of all trades. Most of what he has is actually LEGITIMATELY bad. Jack of All Trades (and another less obvious skill due to it) are doing the heavy lifting of turning his disparate moveset into something overwhelming. For example Packing magic DOESN'T inherently let him steal a magic and start casting it from then on, it captures it and lets him use it once, then jack of all trades that makes it easy for him to learn skills extrapolates HOW that magic was cast and that he 'cast it' and gives him the magic skill. Meanwhile picking up all these skills lets him fill in the obvious flaws in his arsenal quickly as he starts noticing they exist rather then how a normal person needs to spend years learning any of these things to even get to the starting point jack of all trades drops him at.

Otherwise he has some weird magics he might eventually find good uses for (temp magic is capable of becoming silly, it starts absolute shit) but that's kinda the gimmick of the majority of what he got poorly explained names (contacts, Villager Set A) or things with great growth potential shit starting potential. But he puts it all together or learns a better use for it quickly due to other skills. His move set is LITERALLY best at crafting, he can put together houses,fortifications, etc INCREDIBLY easily.....in spite of that he remains the most deadly motherfucker on the planet by putting together these inane skills into something purely useful for killing (Truth or Lie) and wielding it to his absolute limit over and over. This added together with his real cheat level knowledge from before he left and he accomplishes great and silly things. (Its actually noted in the WN that pretty much EVERYONE in his class is exceptional and many are also problem childs either by their own actions or the actions of others around them. His problem is that he is legitimately insanely smart he just never uses that knowledge willingly and instead continues reading more books and accruing more knowledge he either uses to live or not at all.

Like......he knows how to make a bra for example. He has no reason to ever do so but he knows how and once the girls start putting him to use making them he is constantly questioning why a highschool boy is making bra's......and also making trucks of money out of it.
