"Long strip" as default?

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if there is a way to make the "Long strip" reader my default option. Im fairly certain that Long strip was my default reader mode before the whole switching the site to another url and back thingy happend. Since then I always have to select long strip everytime I visit the site. I stay logged in, so its no my cookies I think. Just in case I already cleared them before.

Any ideas?

uuh as far as i'm concerned, once you select long strip on the side bar, it stays that way until you changed it to something else. because that's how it works for me. no need to open the cog.

@Wolvenworks those reader settings will be reset if you clear browser cache/cookies, same for using another browser/device or using private tabs.
