Looking for a manga

It's an old one, I think it was called something along the lines of Savior? It was about a girl who will at one point be called Lena, I think, and she's skilled with sword fighting. She falls into a body of water, is transported into another world and begins crossdressing as a man. She has some sort of mark on her body that ties her to some prophecy.

I am pretty sure it was completed, but I just can't find it anywhere. Does anybody know it?

Lena Ha is a beautiful and tough girl who is the captain of the kendo team. She meets Hye-Min Kang, the son of the president of a big company in Korea, and the two seem to fall in love at first sight.
