The first is where the protagonist has a low-income family and he finds a job being a generic villain, later his sister becomes a superhero. In general it is about comedy and parodies of the sentai genre, I remember that there is a part where he ends up wearing a tutu with a goose head that spits lasers.
The second I read a long time ago so the details may be somewhat vague, but it was about a school for women who had a long tradition of fighting, and they were allowed to do it in the city as well. The male protagonist attends school as a doctor (or something like that), the female protagonist hardly spoke and every time she made her special move she ends up naked.
