why are the names in the official translation westernized...

Don't get me wrong, this is an awesome series. Praise to the author!! It's just that it bugs me how the translator completely westernized the names ;-;

@KE1tea i feel it, i really do. i did a double take when they called MC "Daniel." and then some names they don't even bother changing and leave korean? really weird choices being made. still, it's all we've got, i guess.

best webtoon i've read in a minute. i don't really see how the fights are stupid, but looking at how much chapters there are... people are saying it gets "drawn out"... oh no. i'm gonna guess it becomes noticeable near chapter 100? on chapter 47 atm.

Amazing series, shame I just learned the webtoon official ver uses some strange mix of English and Korean names. It's past 300 chs and counting, and while at some point the "lookism" theme becomes more of a plot device than a theme, recently it's looking up since the mc seems to be progressing now that they've fleshed out the 'other mcs'. It's worth binging.

I still really liked and was engaged in following the stories of each crew and memeing that the head of big deal is the real mc.
