@happybro you mean the "Sample" pictures? They're gifts depending on where you buy the manga from. Buy the manga from toranoana and you get a schoolgirl maou poster, buy it from Comic Zin and you get a nightgown one, etc.
They do this with other mangas too, Tomo-Chan comes to mind first.
