Eiko tries twintails > Nagisa approves > Eiko climbs inside of a large caterpillar costume, using her twintails as antennae > Nagisa approves > Eiko falls over because she is clumsy > superhero comes and "defeats" the monster, kicking her while she's already down.

as to why it's censored I have no clue lol

Note that in various manga, many brands as such are censored. I think that the author is mockingly participating that censorship by absurdly censoring a branded villain and a branded hero.
