@Kampfarsch I think it's because the Queen is a magician? She was using water and wind magic before, so maybe that's why the fire didn't do more damage.

Pretty sure if any of us were the King, the Queen Dowager would be hanging from the gallows before sundown for the crime of lese majeste.

Either that or use the Grand Duke as a hostage to keep her in check. She cares about her son so much? Tell her that he'll be executed if she even blinks without permission. The whole "we have a Queen Dowager Alarm in case she breaks into the palace and starts randomly murdering the King's servants" is ridiculous.
