@bianka00 mainly the disgusting part is that as far as those ppl know she is 14 no one knows on the inside shes an adult. that would be a whole different story. at least that the way i see it...
and i do agree that the age gap isnt that big but if u compare it to her age (im going to continue to refer to her as 14 bc thats what the other characters think of her as) its what? around 1/3 of her age? if she were older then it would be fine.

I mean he really is a child and she's an adult, a former one who worked and read porno novels bagofsaltysalt... Or did you forget that the novel she's in right now was for adults +18? Even the title tells you it was for adults, and she wasn't a virgin either, she wanted a novel with an harem with handsome men >:v

Now that you know that fact, Are you still thinking she isn't a pervert? She looked at the male lead and his body on the next chapters in no way a 15 yr old would! She wasn't all that innocent from the beginning, it began to change her way when she felt death at close door. Just telling you, even if she's young in the body, she's an old pervert woman who worked to buy PORNO novels! or as she calls it " a TL novel with a buch of sexual scenes" ¬¬ In my humble opinion she knows way more about sex than the emperor himself
and if the picture doesn't show that's fine, you can go check the prologue, the woman is really there lol, and looks SO sexy lmao

wait no ok i do not ship here with anyone i personally think none of those ppl could currently be in a relationship with her at her current age on the inside or physically. i did not forget that this was a "tl novel with sex scenes" y is she a pervert tho. i dont think she likes the blondie nor wants to be with him currently?
 
@bagofsaltysalt Me neither, but I asure that every ship you can possibly make out of nina is wrong in one or another sense, and will always be like that! That's what make this manhwa super interesting and likeable! And If I have to choose between a child with no sex appeal, too pure and headstrong (which almost caused a second death to fake nina), I rather have the emperor, who will be able to handle that woman transmigrator! And as you know, is a korean manhwa, so the author won't put this two together until fake nina becomes an adult. You know? A legal adult :) So if fake nina's an adult then, there won't be a problem, since his mind and soul is that of a perverted older woman! I just think everyone needs to chill out and enjoy this story, is different and cool, not about pedophile but about irony and struggles. Also, I do ship the emperor and fake nina, since they could be a cool couple in the future, not now. Even if he's older physically, fake nina's soul is on equal terms with him. She almost live the same time as him in her real life. They would be a perfect match for each other since her personality is compatible in the perverted and the smart way.

Also she's an adult, she knows what she's doing, and she will choose whoever she wants since she's not a child even if her body say's the opposite. Is like forcing an adult not to have sex just because its body became younger like an adolescent, obviously the adult won't care :(

and sure, maybe in the grand scheme of things 5 years isn’t “much”, but as a 19 year old myself the idea of dating a MIDDLE SCHOOLER makes me sick wtf 🥴

if it ends up being nina/emperor i’m going to drop this, i cant get behind that... i thought the twist was going to be that nina was somehow related to both the emperor and the saintess since she has the emperor’s eyes and the saintess’s hair, but it’s veering more and more in a dangerous direction... ;_;
 
I don't get why everyone is like that... always assume that affection equals lust or desire... while there are more forms of affection... *sigh*
 
Why are you guys freaking out so much? It's obvious that Nina and the emperor have a kind of father-daughter relationship anyway. There's no reason that she would be designed to look like she could be his and the Saintess' daughter and they show scenes of them acting almost like a family otherwise.

The king is the ML. Although they're only 4 years apart despite the fact the king looks like he could be her dad. The artist for this fucked up.
 
I understand where yall are coming from. I understand all sides but I wont point fingers and label a character a pedo when there's no clear indication that they like Nina in a romantic or lustful way. Remember when mr knight was oh so hesitant trynna stop Nina from going to Alex that time? Later, it was insinuated that that girl is most likely his sister so yeah... Everyone, put down your shaking index finger and calm down lol I'm mainly talking about mr doctor's last statement here, btw.
 
@bianka00 She may mentally be an adult, but NO ONE in the manga knows that. Therefore it is absolutely disgusting that an adult would be attracted to, for all they know, a 14-year-old child. Stop using the "but she's an adult" excuse because that only works when the other party is aware. Plus I disagree with your previous statement--I think the ship with her and Alex is fine. Physically they're close in age and tbh that's good enough in this case.

But not the other way around? Gender oppression much (and it's still bad, so don't date a child EVER, whoever you're reading apart from nivinator xd)... Everyone she dates, would be nuts, for real. Even as "nina", she's only 4 years YOUNGER than the king. My mother is 5 years older than my father. Does it bothers you that much? And the duke is a CHILD, is even worst. If you were to be married to a child, would you accept it? Unless you're a pedo, I doubt you would. Also she's a perverted woman, that's how she got in that novel in the first place and she wanted an harem. Not gonna judge your desire for putting together an adult woman with a child with the excuse of similar physical age, but let me tell you something, the age of the mind matters a lot. A whole lot, because even the Mc (as decent as she is) WON'T EVER THINK OF THE DUKE THAT WAY SINCE HE'S A CHILD. She WANTS a man, that's why she always looks at the king with lusty eyes when they're sleeping together (since he has to grab her hand to cool off). Read again the comic if you don't buy it! And also there are adults and young adults who are way too smaller than others. Maybe nina is like 5 ft or less and the king is like 6'2 ft or taller. My friend was so tall (6.3) and I'm small (5'2) that I look like a hobbit in comparison and that doesn't mean he's older (but he looks like he is, even though I'm the older one by 2 years). Why would that matter? The king looks young, not old. Even the real transmigrator nina looked older than him...Why don't you read again the first chapter if you don't believe me? I even left it on my first comment dude.
 
@bianka00 At this point in the story we don't know the duke's age and he looks much, much older than her. 90% of the comments in previous chapters were talking about this, so you really can't keep insisting he looks young lmao. AND HE KEEPS REFERRING TO HER AS A CHILD. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU. If most people in the comments section are uncomfortable with a ship, you know the ship is sus. Not the reader's fault that the manga decided to show him this way and never clarify his age. Plus the other characters always refer to her as being much younger than him and the reference to him treating her as his niece is just UNCOMFORTABLE. Also, their interactions are much more like a family than as ...lovers. Literally everyone here thought they had a father-daugher relationship (just scroll up a bit in the comments lmao). It's not just about their actual age, it's the way they're PORTRAYED. I'm also a bit uncomfortable with the Alex ship, but imo it's the better of the two.
 
I think Dio and Leo are big bro material.. and Hell even if the King is just 5 yrs older than her I still don’t like him.. even if that is the case they see her as a child, having intentions whilst knowing the fact makes me sick 🤢🤮I will drop this if they end up together.
 
Look I'll be honest here- a 5 year age gap is not that big IF the couple in question is already in their 20's. BUT the life experience between someone who is 14-15 and someone who is already 20 is insanely huge. As a 21 year old who finished highschool 3 years ago I can say with absolute certainty that I would never consider dating someone who is still in highschool, let alone middle school 🤮. It's weird even thinking about it, since I'm halfway through college and living on my own. So although the FL might fall for the king here (she was older in her previous life) I don't think he should be portrayed as someone interested in a relationship that's more than master-servant. Since other people have confirmed that he's the actual ML I have mixed feelings about this. If they get together when she gets older it's still icky from his perspective, since he knew this girl from her childhood, without having any knowledge of the 'reincarnation' part. She's just a normal child to him atm. Idk, the age gap would've been fine if they both met in their 20's but rn the setting is just....mehh. If only the author made the FL 2-3 years older the king's 'affection' wouldn't have seemed so groomy and weird (since he's 19 or 20 or whatever). This could've been handled better.
 
I think what the red head meant is that If the king gets bored of her he shouldn't kill her but let her be with him.
 
Imo Dio didn’t mean that romantically, just in a “let me find out what’s happening to her” sense
