Feels like this one should have a tragedy tag, hell while you're at it remove the Romance tag and just label it properly as a Tragic Seinen.

This is like 50 pages long. And it doesn't really get that deep into what the characters are thinking/feeling. It's just to shallow to be tragic. Maybe if you've had a similar relationship experience and can more deeply empathize with the characters. Overall a rather meh story.
