I think I'm getting like Momo more and more. Her tsundere is at subtle level which makes her become the finest character in this manga and in the tsundere world!

I think that panel where Shamiko puts the hairclips into Momo's hair is the moment Momo truly fell for Shamiko. That expression says more than a thousand words.
 
On a second read I noticed how naturally smooth Shamiko is. She is obviously not aware of it but I guess she is not a succubus for nothing.

It's a classic playbook move to first lower the expectations and then make a surprise, to maximize the effect. It may fail horribly when it's obvious but Shamiko did it perfectly, thanks to it being unintended (consciously at least).

@thofheinz - I think it's more of a "tag", akin to a necklace. It still does mark her as Shamiko's.

Mikan did not choose Momo's outfit. Theres an extra where you see momo forcibly taking Mikan's clothes. And by forcibly taking; I mean she starts striping the clothes Mikan was wearing at that moment 😂

LMAO. That makes a more compelling reason for Mikan to find her own place compared to a bit of noise from clattering cups. Though it's also a reason she might not want to share.

So Momo forcibly took it, then savagely insulted it when it did no longer fit her mood. Shamiko was completely right when she said Momo makes a better demon than magical girl. 😅

BTW, I think I was right in a way. Mikan chose the outfit, for herself that is.😂
 
Looks like Lilith made good on her promise after all. Well part of it anyways.
