I cant resist reading the first chapter posted but this one is worth coming back for.

Wazukyan and Belafu sound much more capable in this version.

I love the hints the author constantly slips in without shining a spotlight on them.
The Naranhate scattered about the natives mean some of them had gone to and returned from the golden city.
The ship with the compass - remnants of the people who exploited the natives?
