Perhaps we were right all along and she's a cosmic horror, using the guise of Madoka as a lure, lulling in unsuspecting suckers into the waiting maw of madness. Soon she will find the siren song to bait him in. And when that day comes... oh, she will feed.

I'd say half-half, she's a Japanese demon going for all the stops for him to one day enter the room "uninvited" for him to be devoured, and him he's just too damn Japanese shyness.

All I hope is when it ends, he gets inside, gets eaten, and Madoka finally says "Damn, that sure was tiresome!"
