Kinda similar to donut cake with bean paste or custard cream filling.
Some places make the skin a little crispy.

I'm still confused by the fact that he's not expecting to chance upon her all the time. I mean, her housewindow seems to be in the same place (i think he'd call her out on that at least once, if she'd open that window in different places (and i bet she can, what with all her spatial powers)), so he'd probably remembered she'd be around.
