The you're vs your mistake comes from pronunciation. They sound alike.
Non-native speakers learn english through written text, and you're doesn't look like your at all (and in their native languages, the way one would read those usually doesn't sound alike either), and usually you would lear first you are instead of you're.

So, yeah, no, you're vs your is usually a native speaker mistake, since you have to learn to speak the language before writting it in order to make this mistake, something that you only do for your mother tongue.

Are you talking from actual personal experience involving natives and non-natives, or are you just making assumptions?

I know a lot of non-native speakers who make the same "your/you're" mistakes you often see on the internet.
I don't know many native speakers, though, so I can't really compare them.

My guess was based on personal experience with said non-natives, and the fact that most English scanlations are very awkward to read. This one included.
"In the middle of that tension, how would you even get measurements!" is not something I'd expect a native to write, after all.

If they aren't a native speaker, it's usually because they often encounter "speak" like that it kinda messed with their English too
And yes, more often than not it's native speakers who made mistakes like that, other notable example is "should of" instead of "should've" , this is easier since they won't learn "should of" in their English class but easy to typo if you're a native speaker (it sounds similar, or maybe the same for natives ear)
