Oh my god.
I didn't think this manga could be more trope-y and cliché than what was shown in the first chapter.
I was soooo wrong.
Japanese guy suddenly OK with slavery... yeah, like almost every other Isekai...
Old westerner god with long beard and hair... yeah, so original...
Slave trader of small and chubby stature... even his appearance is the same as other series...
MC chooses an injured beast-like slave... and he will probably clean and cure her immediately...
MC was a "useless gamer, with no redeeming qualities" before death... I can come up with 6 other manga with the same trope from the top of my head...
MC died and meets a literal god, but does give a fuck about it and isn't even slightly shocked by that... damn, that's most isekai too...
First thing the MC does is saving a cute noble girl who insta-falls in love with him, and he gets tons of money in the process...
I should probably make a fucking bingo card for those tropes, this one screams BINGO to me...
Buuuuuuuut... I still like the art style, so I'll probably check out Ch.3 still

But seriously, manga/novel cliches have been that MC would always choose cute/sexy female characters over actually useful and potentially strong male characters as party members, unlike how it'd be in most JRPGs, which party members tend to be more balanced in terms of gender, and less about fanservice female appeals. It's like many authors are afraid that MC would get overshadowed by other male characters and such cliche is getting uncreative, tired and overused by now... I'm hoping to see more strong balanced parties like Overlord or Slime series, and such parties tend to give a stronger feeling of RPG.
In this series, even if the female slave is a must, MC could have just recruited both the female slave and the dragonrace slave, since the character is already introduced, the author could easily just set the story that MC received sufficient gold too anyway.

@IMACOP lol, in a simple insight it does goes that way. but at least he deny the concept of slavery at first moment.
really japan need to at least present fresh idea to give their MC a companion. giving him a slave is just too lazy and cliche now, don't forget silver wolf cliche too. can they at least make them hire a mercenary or meet a genuine same minded people like normal author?
