@Izayoi98 The single wheeled one maneuvers a whole lot better, plus the requirements for the path are much lesser: A foot wide path is already plenty, which also means you can cross ditches just by throwing some plank over it. For a grown person it's not much to handle it if you don't get greedy with the load.

These isekais like water pumps. Weren't basic hand pumps used by ancient Romans and Chinese? Maybe a villagers in middle of nowhere might not have seen one before. Or the isekai people followed a different tech tree
