Magic Marriage - Vol. 2 Ch. 8.1 - Nightmare

I believe it was mentioned earlier that jessie could choose to become male or female. I forgot which chapter it said this.

I like how he didn't just forgive her for that massive bitch move and pretty much told her to fuck off.

Also, I hope those kids rot in Hell. Don't bully the loli witch.

I feel personally I would not forgive her for this act at all. I would still accept her back but only if she truly forgives herself in allowing herself to do this. Doc is not in the wrong at all. But she still is a child so his angry needs to be in check.

@acolytus

Yes, there's nothing I hate more than MCs who forgive enemies easily when they do terrible things.

IMO this makes the doctor quite the manly man. Definitely approaching alpha MC status with that alone.

From the looks of the raw:

He kicks out Jessie and when she wakes up, she gets mad at him for kicking Jessie out and then leaves as well and basically he has no idea where she is for awhile because she's with Jessie who becomes like her best friend despite Jessie trying to kill her.

I agree that she needs to be severely punished for what she's done. That said, she's just a kid. Yes, she knew it was wrong, but children just don't have any impulse control, and can't comprehend that actions can lead to unintended consequences.

He wasn't wrong in kicking her out though. She's a kid, but not his kid, and he doesn't need to put up with her jackassery.

@jak,

They mentioned that young succubi (like Jessie) are sexually undefined until they find a partner. Since she was targeting the Doc, she would have become female.

What I don't understand is the lack of criticism for the witch. Yes, Jessue was wrong and the doc was COMPLETELY right for kicking her out, but ENOUGH CODDLING!

The witch is childish, foolish and based on the direct definition, EXTRAORDINARILY selfish, naive and impulsive!

She has a tendency to ignore reality in order to impose herself upon others, INCLUDING the doc. Jessie made it EXPLICITLY clear that she doesn't like her but she STILL clung to her like a pest. The doc made it EXPLICITLY clear that he doesn't want her there but she still LITERALLY FORCED him in a binding contract. The kids made it EXPLICITLY clear that she could ONLY choose ONE, but she ignored that and naively said 'fuck that. let's all go".

She fled her home because she was being forced upon by others but she CONSTANTLY imposes herself on others REGARDLESS of their opposition. She is SELFISHLY OBSESSED with satisfying her own needs to the point that she can CONSTANTLY convince herself (and the readers) that what's best for her is best for EVERYONE else.

Her personality and the CONSTANT coddling is a HUGE issue with this series.
