so counting stars as powerlevel it might be something like its a symbol of it with the costume stars being a base level(we see korisu use a star to transform last chapter) and body stars extra power? we see in this chapter the old guard(?) they have 1-4 stars on the costume while MC has 5 if you count her breasts we should also note that her horns are probably counted as part of her body rather than her costume since the break rather than get knocked off. as for body stars as someone stated on chapter 10 the stars under her eyes multiplied to 2 then 3 before reverting to just singles, counting the ones in her eye which no other character has and the stars on her horns she's normally at 5, we see with the nun stars don't have to be symmetrical so in the second to last panel of this chapter we can say MC got 5 under one eye and 1 under the other but all other instances for MC they've been symmetrical so it could be up to 10 in this instance, her hair also seems to be showing 4 stars. total body stars? 2 horns 2 eyes 10 under eyes 4 hair= 18 so far

so costume stars symbol of power while body stars are a measure of power? its all speculation.
