@Sourmonkey That is not even possible. Do you even know how abortion work? Even proper clinics sometimes failed and the girls died because of infection from unsanitary procedure, blood loss or somehow part of the fetus or the umbilical cord still remain in the uterus. Women who got a miscarriage can also die if the fetus and umbilical cord was not taken out.
