Legally, an adult having sex with somebody 1 day away from turning 18 is "rape".
That's not a good argument. Clearly, she is young, stupid, and naive, and he did take advantage of her - but she still consented.

@Rawhide Young girls are easy to manipulate especially by an authority figure in this case, it is her coach/teacher. Even if she did consent once, it is still statutory rape. She is only 13-14 years old.
How can you call consent sex between two persons of the same age rape? The law has a section about consent sex between 2 persons with ages that are closed to each other, in that case it is not rape and therefore, it is not punishable by the law.
Summary:
Sex between her and her teacher even if it was consent => statutory rape and the guy will go to jail.
Sex between her and Akai, if it was consent => nothing happen as it is normal, if it was forced, the party that forced the other will go to juvie and be expelled from school.

I think the last page is Tsurara trying to delude herself into believing that the baby she's pregnant with belongs to the nice guy she's dating, not the dickhead coach who raped her. It would make her pregnancy easier to bear.
