@Dalam: pretty sure that pose is "artist used a reference photo of a bodybuilder/athlete sitting on a sofa with legs crossed and arms along the back and just added weights where it looks funny". He's not leaning forward, which means his center of gravity would be way behind his foot, so if he were holding that pose freestanding he would tip over backward pretty quickly.
