If I remember it correctly aren't Miyuki and Tatsuya only cousins and only grew up as close as "siblings"?
So they are not real brother and sister and can actually get married.

Is it just me or is there something missing in the end?

The end with Honoka just asking Tatsuya for some time seems to me as if there are 1-2 pages missing where she hands him the chocolate - and then maybe runs away completely embarrassed after Tatsuya thanks her for it.
At least that is what I expected the chapter to end with.

@Talh about Tatsuya and Miyuki the information is wrong.

Tatsuya and Miyuki are biological siblings (they have the same parents). Miyuki was genetically engineered and because of this they are far genetically. These details are reveled in volume 16 that is being adapted to manga, the Yotsuba Sucession Chapter has 09 chapters translated to Spanish here.
Tatsuya and Miyuki can get married because their aunt altered Tatsuya's registration in order to engage them and their far genetic relation permits them to have children.
TLDR; They are biological siblings who genetically could test as cousins and are legally first cousins due to the documents alteration/Maya's official statement to the their community.
