KuuRuuRuu isn't translating anything else so blocking them shouldn't affect any other series you're reading. Their updates will stop showing up in your follows so you'll stop getting repeat notifications for chapters you've already read.

Maybe Filimina's type is even worse than the failure main characters. At least the failures are trying to do something, even if they pick all the worst choices and generally only hamper those around them. Filimina, however, doesn't even try to do anything, unless you count staring out of the window as doing something.
