Looking at how casually Kallego snuffed out the minotaur and Opera's own comments about 'might need to be a little serious', I imagine she could jump in at any moment if she needed to. So she was giving Amelie the chance to do her thing, really. What I'm interested in is if Birdie-sensei's gonna need to get involved, and what Iruma's going to do about the dragon. From the twinkle in Opera's eyes I kinda expect her to be getting a summoning seal to Iruma and then having him summon Kallego, lol.

I mean, that's what Gladiator's powers were, the ability to be as strong as he wanted to be so long as he had the confidence to support it. Yeah it's as OP as it sounds but was also a big cue for how serious of a threat the Marvel 616 universe the Builders were supposed to be taken as- because even Gladiator didn't think he could beat one despite his powers.
