Dunno why people are expecting Chadruma. The "Chad" part of Chadruma was artificially created by Ali as part of Iruma's investigation on evil cycle, combining evil cycle and personality change neither of which Iruma inherently possesses. Not to mention, Iruma himself didn't like the evil cycle, so there's really no reason for them to suddenly go that route now.

Also, a change in personality isn't going to power Iruma up. As he is right now there's no way Iruma could beat a teacher, much less this loli who is obviously OP.

This is a character development manga. Using Chadruma as a shortcut defeats the purpose of the series itself.

I feel like this is typical anime training arc stuff. There’s been a bunch of situations where the mentor acts like a dick. Wonder what’s Bachiko’s reasoning here.

Also, it did seem like Bachiko calling Iruma an idiot might’ve been Iruma’s breaking point but after seeing how his friends were working hard in their training, he resolves to continue to work harder.
