You monsters. You make fried rice with freshly cooked rice? Obviously the best kind of rice to use is rice cooked the day before, then left in the fridge overnight. To be the most efficient, you can cook an extra large portion of fresh rice and a dish or two, eat just some of that rice with your meal, and then use the rest of the rice the next day for fried rice. I do that for meal prep every weekend.
