The fact his hair got longer during that arc is pretty noticeable lol. It's a strange addition to his design, but I guess it'd be too bizarre for Devilish!Iruma to be "Iruma's suddenly got a dangerous look on his face now". Like Bakugou's face suddenly being photoshopped onto Izuku for an arc. It wouldn't sit right.
