Everytime there's an important chapter, they snipe it. I'd say their goal was to piss people off, but if they keep doing it whenever new chapters come out, then someone must be real mad over there. Iruma must've done something by accident to them. They're kind of like Kirio, in a sense, too obsessed with this guy. xD

Don't blame them, tbh. He's a sweet boy.

EDIT: Heavens forbid Amelie and Iruma actually get together within the next 60 chapters of the raws...
