Y'know this chapter (specifically the bit on the famine) made me realize something that I had been feeling for a bit. Eric's kinda self righteous and pompous.
I think it mostly comes from how Eric is often used as a mouth piece to blatantly state the manga's themes.

Huh. I'd heard some spoilers in regards to the Sauro stuff ages back so I had sort of assumed people knew this stuff as it ended a while back, at least based on how they were implying things. I wonder when the spinoff was done, as it must have been done at the same time if this one is still ongoing.
