Majo no Geboku to Maou no Tsuno - Vol. 7 Ch. 36 - The Witch's Servant and the Unwavering Heart (1)

Ok, what is this manga's genre again? Yaoi, Yuri, Gender Bender?

And what in the flying f*ck that all the men become girl every now and then?

Give it up Lloyd. You will join the genderbent collective of "what's gender" in a very VERY convoluted love polygon.

Wow that was a lot less dramatic of a reason than I thought. Guess the drama is coming in when Arsenio's ex arrives. What a slow trip. The Espania Inquisition is sure taking their time.

I suppose it is safe to assume everyone's getting gendervent at some point? I think Lloyd will be the cutest!

This manga defies all gender norms and really makes you rethink your views on sexuality and gender stereotypes.

I f***ing love it.

I like the "nyonyo" pun xD (one of the readings of the 女 ("woman") kanji is "nyo")

Also, this had to happen sooner or later.

Oh hello feelings of confusion, I did not miss you.

But seriously, is Lloyd next? Because at this point, I would not be surprised.

So Rei is a boy turned girl
Eric is a man turned woman who possesses an owl
Betty is a girl who can turn into a cat
Arsenio is a man turned into a salamander fire monster turned into a woman
Sam is a sage who can posses a dog and turn it into it's human form which is a woman

How does Lloyd survive there?

The thing that annoys me about this manga's magic system is that it seems like the Hyperboreans and witches just know a million times more and their system contains all the other systems by being the 'real' 'correct' one. I much prefer when it's not so obvious who the author sides with. As it stands this manga is kind of a soapbox against religion.

It's time for this manga to repeat lessons about gender for the people in the back!

I love the fuck out of this manga but it does feel like we're treading ground we've already seen before.
