Well that disguise worked for the grand total of two times, and lasted about 1 chapter in regards to interactions. Sauro was already suspicious from the start of this chapter and Arsenio has no idea how to pretend to be someone who shouldn't know Sauro. And it was hilarious watching him think he was fooling Sauro.
