Who changed every chapter number starting from vol 3 ch 17 and shifted it by 1 number? And why did you do that?

It was found out that there was one chapter missing and nobody noticed it until Cloneable reread everything and saw that the chapters on volume 3 went from 2 to 4, meaning they had skipped a chapter @lambchopsil
