@Sep10trion Maybe the logic used is the same like in a certain manga where the MC could change temperature freely.

He's still weak so he can't change much of his surrounding temperature and thus he got called as a failure. But once he mastered his power, he can make the world enter a new ice age or global warming or messed up the weather anywhere in the world.

Maybe this manga has the same premise.
