Make follow dropdown only appear when you directly click the chevron:implemented:

We used to have 1 click to follow a manga and now it has been doubled to 2.
Similarly it also takes 2 clicks now to switch between the "Latest updates" view and "Manga" view on

The simplicity of the old system was lost by replacing the button with a dropdown.

This is a solved problem though with a "combo" control. Those function like a button when you click the text and can function like a dropdown when you click the ▼. That's the best of both worlds.

The follows button is segmented now. If you click "follow", it will default to the "reading" list.
