How are people seriously speculating that this 'new' girl is Elk when A) the previous panels both show Elk walking down the stairs with Minato and B) show Elk reacting to the 'new' girl calling her name?
It's fairly more than obvious that this is just Neil, the alraune girl, apparently evolved.

So it's probably Neil but she evolved. I'm not sure about Zaly. He seems sketchy and maybe his plan is just this elaborate. I'm wondering if Elk is somewhat related to the dryads.
