is there such a thing as a cyclops phobia? because i think i have it

i cant look at mako for too long without feeling a strange sense of unease, i felt the same with with the cyclops girl from monster musume but hadn't quite figured out why at the time.
i dont feel this way about people irl or characters who lost an eye or were only born with one eye or whatever, i think it has something to do with the inherently inhuman facial structure of a "true" cyclops.

by 30+ a new character shows up and confess, and takes the ML enternity to reply. 44 he still says he needs time. Whe Mako is waiting along with the rival. Not much hints about MLs decision. You can read the first few chapters but stop by then.
