Got a few updated chapters, but all the images tell me to go read it at manga41.com? Is this someone trying to advertise their own site, or is there a reason behind this?

I saw it as well noticed there not uploaded by the same people and when i checked one that chapter was the only one that had a english release

Most likely a bot that's trying to get people to go to a virus filled site.

Personally, I say that staff ban https://mangadex.org/user/757353/5pyt6b2l87 since it's nothing but promoting their own site and auto lock all scanlation groups to the first person that uploads using that group name.

It's not the group's fault. Someone uploaded under their names because they have an open upload policy. People need to learn this because it's not nice to direct rage at the wrong people.
