Well it's no joke, there was that zoo tiger that caught it earlier in the year, dunno if any pet/stray cats caught it since then though

this is actually pretty adorable.

Nice, as expected of cats to have competency in their leadership.
Though on a less happy note as matter of fact cats are mildly threatened by humans here. According to the CDC some cats (as well as other animals, minks have been in the news recently) have gotten sick from humans, and in the lab at least they can spread it same-species. Reading that all the way back in spring gave me yet another little motivation to be super careful, I'd feel even more awful if I got my two furry friends sick through my own carelessness.
