I have had manga's randomly beeing unfollowed (Reading action turned into non-follow)
While not the end for me seeing as i just go trough latest updates(might be something new to follow ) there might be others that have the problem without noticing.
I think I'm also having this problem. I was 96% sure I was following this one series but it turns out I wasn't. I definitely know what I read and I almost never unfollow anything I do read.
