Manga Hunt

This is going to be a complete shot in the dark, but I've been yearning to try to find a specific manga that I stumbled across some time ago that I *swear* I bookmarked, only to find no such URL saved. So I need your help if you could:

What I faintly remember:
-it was on this site at least a year ago when I found it
-the description mentioned something along the lines of a twenty-something-year-old girl and young adult challenges
-the first page or two (I didn't read far into it) showed her monologuing how she hasn't accomplished much despite her age

I wish I could give you more, but if I remember something later I'll be sure to update this. Let me apologize now if this just ends up being a wild goose chase, but few manga have left a lasting impression on me after only reading a couple of pages into it.
