Manga Image Load to the Right not Down

Can someone Help me suddenly when i read some manga the image loading to the right instead down like this . . .

@azuraflame That's weird, have you checked your reader settings? Maybe you accidentally pressed some hotkeys/shortcuts so it turned out like that.

if i accidentally pressed some hotkeys/shortcuts is there some shortcut and hotkeys that can make image loading like that . . . i already try all hotkeys i see in setting

@azuraflame try clearinf cookies and cache, anything related to mangadex, or simply browsing by privated tabs. If the problem still persists it could be a bug.
