Manga/Manhwa where the artist acknowledges the Western fanbase?

As the title says, I'm just curious- are there any manhwa/manga where the author acknowledges the Western fanbase? Not including the massive ones like DBZ or Jojo or what have you. Not necessarily if they changed anything about it, just acknowledged that we exist. I'm curious because I've noticed that a lot of the time (at least in the ones I read) whenever the artist pairs the MC up with someone else when there's several eligible bachelors/bachelorettes, who they go for tends to be different to who the readers (at least here) prefer. I'm wondering if there was ever a time the author acknowledged such.

Acknowledged their Western fanbase

My disgust towards your post is immeasurable.

Nowadays magazines seem to be moving some of their popularity polls on social media accessible to anyone (Komi-san had one recently), so if you participate in one of those you could say the author acknowledges your character preferences. As for artists who have outright made call-outs to Western fanbases, there's people like Tanigawa Nico or mugenjin who initially where more popular in the West than Japan. Wakabayashi Toshiya even draws an official alternative English version of his new manga with puns that make more sense to us. But aside from them and Twitter manga that get official translations, Western fanbases' influence on manga is still relatively minor (perhaps for the best).

Just because the manga here is free and of questionable legality doesn't mean MD readers never buy manga. Manga sales in English speaking countries are significant and have been increasing for years.

Okayado of Monster Musume fame comes to mind. He repeatedly sends out calls on twitter to have fans submit portraits on twitter along with what type of monster girls they'd like to be paired up with. He's also given Polt more pagetime based on conversations he's had with the fan translator (who repeatedly cameo's along side her).
